  1. STABLE COTTAGE - SLEEPS 4  
  Converted 14th century stable, original stonework & oak beams.  Carpeted & centrally heated.  Own entrance, parking (2), lawn & colouful courtyard garden.

Comfortable lounge.  2 ensuite double rooms. Country style kitchen equipped to meet every chef's delight.

Washer/drier, clean linen, towels & services included.  Cleaned between lets.  No smoking & no pets (except guide dogs).

 
 
  2. THE OLD GRANARY - SLEEPS 2  
  The Old Granary is a cosy and inverted one up, one down (ground floor ensuite double bedroom) cottage, designed, furnished and equipped with couples and honeymooners seeking a romantic haven in this part of the Cotswolds in mind.

This charming little studio unit is just right to either lock yourself away in for a quiet and cosy weekend, a delightful spot to relax in and enjoy the tranquil and beautiful surroundings of Westington from  the colourful mature garden opposite, and/or a supurb base from which to explore and enjoy the Cotswold villages and countryside,  and even Shakespeare Country and Stratford.

 
 
  3. RICK COTTAGE - SLEEPS 6  
  Built from the traditional honey coloured Cotswold stone from less than a mile away, Rick Cottage is a recent delightful addition to the local landscape with views over The Craves to Chipping Campden and St James Church and both Meon and Ilmington Hills to the east and over the fields to Dovers Hill to the north, Rick Cottage and Top Farm are in the tranquil hamlet of Westington and within a 5 or 6 minute walk of Campden’s curved High Street and its shops.

Rick Cottage is built on the site where the writer can just remember the farm’s last rick of straw being built before the combine finally took over from the binder and threshing machine in the very early 1950’s. 

The cottage sleeps 6, making it a superb base for a large or extended family (including elderly parents) or simply up to three couples wishing to enjoy everything Chipping Campden, the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon and Shakespeare country, etc. have to offer.

The adaptable and fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen will make your cooking a delight and there is space for the family and a couple of guests to dine in comfort.

Its air filtration and central vacuum cleaner systems, etc. make it any ideal cottage for asthma and allergy sufferers.

It has ample off street parking for at least 2 cars, a small dry-stoned walled garden, a south facing conservatory and level off-loading area that leads to its broad front door and a ground floor that is completely wheelchair accessible. 

 
 
  4. BARN COTTAGE - SLEEPS 6  
  Build from the traditional honey coloured Cotswold stone from less than a mile away, Barn Cottage is a recent delightful addition to the local landscape with views over The Craves to Chipping Campden and St James church and both Meon and Ilmington Hills to the east and over the fields to Dovers Hill to the north, Rick Cottage and Top Farm are in the tranquil hamlet of Westington and within a 5 or 6 minute walk of Campden’s curved High Street and its shops.

Barn Cottage is built on the site where the old dutch-barn stood until it caught fire in 1972, it sleeps 6 including a ground floor ensuite twin/double bedroom)that is suitable for those with parents that no longer wish to, or are able to climb stairs. It makes a superb base for a large family with or without elderly parents/friends or up to three couples wishing to enjoy everything Chipping Campden, the Cotswolds and Stratford upon Avon and Shakespeare country, etc. have to offer.

The cottage offers ample off-street parking for at least 2 cars, level access/off-loading and a large and colourful dry-stoned walled garden in which you lay back and enjoy the local air.  Its fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen makes cooking an absolute delight and there is space for the family & a couple of extra guests.  Air filtration/heat recovery and central vacuum cleaner systems, etc. also help to make this cottage ideal for asthma/allergy sufferers.

 
 
  5. EWE PEN - SLEEPS 5 - LEVEL ACCESS  
  The new-build split-level bungalow has as nearly as possible been constructed as an exact replica of the 300 year old Ewe Pen it replaces.  Sheep lambed here in the lee of the old orchard for at least two or three hundred years up until the mid 1950's.

The main accessible level is built around a central courtyard and features a large farmhouse style kitchen, lounge, ensuite-wetroom twin/double bedroom and a further twin/double room around the three sides.  At a slightly lower (1 metre) level ,the south facing courtyard garden and parking area leads to a hallway with a "single" bedroom and a family bathroom off it, and there are four steps up into the lounge. Externally, the driveway is graded from the central courtyard down to the enclosed patio/garden and 2-car parking area.

The cottage is fully wheelchair accessible with a ramp up to the hallway and furnishing/fittings are to the same high level as our Rick Cottage.  As with all of our cottages, smoking and pets (with the exception of caring dogs e.g guide dogs) are NOT allowed.

 
 
  6. THE OLD STABLE - SLEEPS 4  
  Delightfully situated, tastefully conceived 12th century stable conversion with original stonework & oak beams on an historic Poole Keynes farmstead within 5 miles of Cirencester.

Light, airy & comfortable lounge opening onto garden with views over open county.  Well equipped farmhouse kitchen. Two lovely double bedrooms with a modern bathroom (electric power shower) & airing cupboard between them.

Easy access & parking for 2 cars.  Cleaned between lets, linen, towels & services included.  No smoking.  Additional charge for pets.
